3 hours in Snowpark
Ideal for beginner, intermediate and advanced level
Simple freestyle tricks with great style! Step by step we introduce you to the world of freestyle and have a great time in the fun park. Learn how to ride boxes and master your first jumps on small kickers. We will introduce you to the rules of snowparks in a safe and fun manner. You can come with friends or join a group of like-mined riders to make quick progress and have a blast learning new tricks and techniques. If you already feel safe on the kickers we bring you to the next freestyle level. Slopestyle rotations are next and in the fun park we develop your technique on the boxes and rails. If requested we can take you to different snowparks in the Lombardy Region, based from Madesimo, depending on snow conditions and client level.
During Freeride Skiing, everyone at Gipsy Riders wears an avalanche beacon and backpack containing a shovel and probe every time we hit the slopes. Everyone is required to participate in an avalanche orientation as well as on-hill avalanche scenarios on the first day. We pride ourselves in our seamless integration of avalanche awareness education into our guided experience. We want to make sure that every single person leaves the Gipsy Riders Snow Experience as a better backcountry skier or snowboarder no matter at which level they began. It is this commitment to proper backcountry protocol that allows us offer a secure and enjoyable experience as well as to educate our clients to become the most responsible riders. It is important to us to build trust within our group to know that we are all willing to work as a team to accomplish our goals on the mountain. And most of all, to enjoy the Ride! Avalanche Training Courses are available as add-ons to the program and can be a great way to take that next step toward becoming a stronger backcountry skier or snowboarder. Don’t worry, we make sure that course participants are not missing out on skiing and using the mountain as an opportunity to practice the skills learned and move through the backcountry with your instructor giving you a much more hands-on education.
